CAD Conversion

• Sketches and other information are received via email or ftp sites.
• Drawings are made using Autodesk's AutoCAD software.
• The drawings are encoded at full scale and are dimensionally accurate.
• Fonts, dimension styles and annotations are later adjusted depending on the required standards.

Schematic Design

• Using basic plan features, accurate layouts can be made in a short amount of time.
• This enables you to accommodate and apply changes as the schematic process goes on or until a final design is decided.
• Basic plan are used to save production time as they are already accurate enough to be developed into construction drawings.

Technical Design

• After the client has an approved design, the building schematics are then developed into detailed construction drawings.
• Technical Design involves the development of these drawings by studying the spot details and applying them to the plan while considering various aesthetic, anthropometric and technical aspects of its construction.
• The drawing is developed with constant communication with the client to ensure the final product is up to specs and coordinated with the designer's needs.
• The drawing can be made either according to pre-set or prevalent standards.

CAD Development
